Dover Deer Meadows was developed in 1999 and contains 54 single family lots.
This property was purchased from the original developer and developed by a collaboration between Newport Development Corp. and Reesman’s Excavating & Grading. The subdivision consists of a large “loop” of streets and acres and acres of outlot areas. The outlot areas contain a large stormwater pond, natural areas and open space for the residents. Some of the area is large enough for the homeowner’s to rent out a portion of the outlot to a local farmer, thus obtaining some income from the land!
Located off of Hwy. 75 in the Town of Dover, access to the subdivision is provided by Deer Meadow Drive, which is just south of Hwy. 11 (next to the Dover Post Office).
